Parses Volume 4 (Model-Specific Registers) of the Intel® 64 and IA-32 Architectures Software Developer’s Manual and exports every MSR table to YAML, because reading the wrong table for an MSR happens too often. The manual stays the source of truth.

$ pip install -r requirements.txt
$ python msr.py -d -p /path/to/intel-vol-4.pdf
